Not certain or FiXed date for salary you are allowances will be delayed by any reason, Incentive is a superstition here one can rarest can get incentive after many follow-up of years, No promotion less increment no matter you are achiever or not

Likes

The management gives ample support in comparison to other big organizations, a good place to start your career as the exposure is really good. They trust you with responsibility and comparatively less micro-management.

Dislikes

Considering the workload and the business generated there is significant scope for better pay. Also, incentives for the previous financial year once you have achieved your target are given in the current financial year's Diwali. Which is a big waiting period.

No salary ,no strategy, No communication, only ask number in month end and no support from organization.

No salary it comes 3 month delay no expenses it may come in six month or even more Company will hold 3 month salary and 6 month expenses

They taught me, how to steal gift, how to sell samples and foc, how to make fool to the doctor. They have the quality of this.

Dislikes

Salary not on time, gap of 1-2 month, specially in Mumbai. They took meeting on railway station. Stay for training is pathetic, they provided (charpai). They hold expenses for 4-5 months. Politics, Management is worst, they only steal from the company. If company provides gift for the doc, manager take 80% of gifts in the name of doctor, I caught him red handed by selling it. If FOC given to the Manager, they sell it. Yes I learnt how to steal in this company.

One of the worse experience in my career. Salary comes once in two months. After that I was resign organization then also they provide me 9 months later Post dated chq (POD). They also deducted my salary and exp while settlement. I discussed about this management they told me there is some fund insufficient..!! So can't provide within the time.
