In my pervious experience, the company's practices reflected a lack of clear vision and inadequate knowledge of current technology among senior management. Employees were valued only when projects were active, and once projects ended, layoffs were frequent. In the past year alone, around 20 employees were let go due to poor management and a shortage of projects. So please new employees who think of joining, be aware, and not spoil your career.

It's a great experience working at this company. The senior and personnel were always supportive and approachable, creating helpful and friendly work culture. Moreover, I appreciate the abundance of learning opportunities that allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

Worst company ever they first hire then they fire employees without any notice and reason this year they hire 47 freshers and fired 30 of them within 6 months
