Dislikes

Company culture, Management, work life balance, salary Company is a family owned and they rarely comes to office. They creates a Whatsapp group and messages employees at midnight and expects us to respond to those messages. No professionalism at all. They recruit people from a particular state in India and pay peanut salary below average market benefits and thinks that they are paying higher salary. Once one of the management staff has issues in his monitor and gets angry and asks entire employees in the office to stand out of the office building half of the day.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
