...oor There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company policy are bed , They don't give appraisals and any type bonus any year and tyauhar, like Holi, diwali

It should be fix salary criteria of following post associate professor, assistant professor and professor . Management should added Yearly increament for each post. Institute will strict for campus faculty, they are come punch in, then go to quarter , again come 4 'o clock. It should be mandatory to seat respected department.

Overall it is nice but salary will depend on individual to individual, but my concern is atleast one fix basic pay for perticular post.

There is a lot politics and tha menagement doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 2year before which you connot resign on tha job GNM nursing staaf secend year complete
