Salary is good but not worth for the amount of work u do here

Dislikes

Radiology dept is terrible, no learning for SRs. Due to increased patient load the reporting is compromised. The HOD here sucks, he is not liable for AIIMS. Never listens to his juniors problems.

It should be fix salary criteria of following post associate professor, assistant professor and professor . Management should added Yearly increament for each post. Institute will strict for campus faculty, they are come punch in, then go to quarter , again come 4 'o clock. It should be mandatory to seat respected department.

The management is pathetic. They treat Senior Residents like PG students. Even salary is delayed at times. Otherwise patient load is good, there is ample opportunity for learning

One has to face lots of hardships for getting salary on time. The Dean doesn't respect subordinates, he wouldn't sign relieving letter and experience certificate before 10 days for no reasons. It's frustrating

...lace with good work life balance and best quality of life u can get in a campus. As a tutor I used to get my salary on time and my department was nice. But as a PhD my life was tough as some faculties are not research oriented and Aiims Rishikesh needs to do more to even protect basic rights of its PhD scholar like regular stipend, hostel rooms etc.

Stipend was not regular they don't give hostels easily to PhDs and some faaculties are biased as they Are MD and PhD is a different course, some don't understand the difference between a scientist Pathologist and a Medical Pathologist. But people are overall nice locals are welcoming campus is beautiful. Best years of my life I learned so much there
