Its a startup company initially lunch snacks everything was provided by company and salary was on time later they stopped the facilities and salary getting late

Dislikes

There is no fixed date for salary. Employees are asked to leave on the spot , CTO decisions change everyday , no proper management , HR is completely unaware about the policies , issues are not addressed .

One of the worst company I have experienced as the development team is very skilled but the CEO and the Technical Lead both are worthless. The company moto is Innovating Next but doesn't have any idea of what they are trying to Innovate. And the CEO is full of crap as he will say we are a family but when it comes to appraisal would turn his back on the employee. And also doesn't know what he wants from the employee as he will demand something and after a week or so will forget about the project and then he will blame the employee that there is no progress in his/her work. Management skills is zero and the team lead is another dog who wags his tail on CEO's commitments and would command other developers to complete the project in one day and deploy it. Doesn't have any idea about how the developement works , little to none knowledge of software development. Just talk and no skills the TL.

Dislikes

Full of Politicians, Management skills of CEO is zero, making single employee handle multiple projects in the minimum time allocation with minimum pay, Says work for more than 9 hours but would never pay for the overtime instead says take a Samosa as the employee has worked overtime.

Everything was very bad and management was very very worst CEO Mc mithi mithi baat krta hai bas salary bhi nhi dete hai ye log . Requested to all of you don’t join this organisation when you got opportunity even
