AIDA Management is a very good company to work with excellent work growth opportunities. Here you will experience on national level projects which you can't get easily in big companies. Regarding the cultures company is above many mnc even in corona they hire new people. Senior management is highly qualified. Company is very supportive in terms of adaptability, they even train those people who don't know how to properly write,read and speak English.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
