Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Micromanagement, late sitting hours, no work life balance, toxic CEO, rude staff, no HR policies beneficial to the employees, no employee benefits, total crap and waste of time. Please please don't join here. Arvind tortures staff like there is no tomorrow.

False Promises of Hiring.. If you dnt fulfill CEO expectation you are kicked out.. People writing reviews are never fake.. its their experience and review is written to make sure others do not suffer.. CEO attitude towards employees is not good... talks very rudely and treats like beggars.. See with my own eyes.. very bad and toxic work culture !! Waste of time and CEO not at all

It's the worse company u wil ever work with.. Forget work life balance, u can call ur self lucky if u ever get to sleep while working at AICL.. Oh and make sure u have chosen a decent shrink while you work at AICL, cause you will definitely need one..Also, please ensure u give up all your pride and self-respect before u enter their office premises..
