Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

AIC is a very good company, Our MD and all directors bring our company to the next level and we are wondering about our very nice and great cultural of our company, all our staff were very much dedicated to the work and much binding with our company and serving long term with our company.

There is no dislike I can say , All our staff were Very much happy with our AIC organisation.
