1 year after notice period 3 month for every employee no salary benifits insurance is also you take then company give u and ctc every thing deduct from your salary no company give you any benifits far from city.

Very bad...there is nothing like reliabiliy. Company is running just on politics and favour. They can fire anyone anytime without excuse. Don't go with their sweet talks.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
