Well the company is still a PSU so atleast we are considered somehow Govt employee outside to the world.

Dislikes

The whole Management is pathetic in the worst (even the word worst is better). They make all the rules suiting to their needs and bring revision anytime between ongoing rules whenever they would feel like. But when it is to revise rules for betterment of the employee, management just passes on the blame like 'this was being followed from last 50 years' stale rules in the company in terms of benefits. Serious thing is nobody actually knows any policy in the company particularly. Divided in 5 regions all HRs are dumb with no answering authority. It is so easy in our country to bend the law and run the show.

Likes

Wide range of speciality services, good maintenance practices, good in-depth knowledge based works, very qualified and quality man-power. Facilities for maintenance is great, world class facilities available with great expertise.

Dislikes

The management never thinks about the employee benifits, they always thinks about their own pockets and benefits. Work culture is okay okay... But the mindset towards contractual employes is always to suppress and exploit them. They are just trying to take credits of others for their benefits.

Likes

Some senior staff are supportive in the respective department and manageable. Average environment as per present scenario. Hoping to get better management team for the company so that each employee is content enough to work here.

Dislikes

Management is the only one department in any company which makes or breaks the company. Here, as this company is neither a fully government entity nor a Pvt entity so future of the employees are in wake. Management is so poor in deciding things for good of the employee but for either way decision making is very quick where they could cut the cost for the company staking the well being of the employees. Mostly it is prevailing everywhere but there gap is massive. So hoping that would change in near future, for the betterment of the employees and the company.
