Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have top guide them step-by step, which is a pains sometimes

Well,in my present company where I have been working for 8 years is has given me very much satisfaction as far as overall view is concern.Here I find very much friendly environment in daily working schedule.My colleagues are very much helpfull . Remember,my company is a manufacturing sector so you can find different kind of people around you,but I am very lucky that in my company I have a very healthy relationship with every staffs as well as workers.Here I am working in General Store,where I make Indents,doing receivable work,issue work and making Goods receipt note and all others store related work.When I was in training period I learnt lots from my boss, colleagues,staffs etc.So I have no anger or regrets for my present job or present company.But change is rule of nature,therefore in present condition I am looking for any better opportunity to fulfill my ambition of life.so I need a suitable job as per my experience and educational background .

Dislikes

I am now working in which company there is nowadays I have facing very workloads,but here is not satisfactory salary structure,and also lack of promotion, appraisal and on job training.Therefore in current condition I am looking for a better place and better future.

I have been working since 20 years. From beginning I have learnt and gathered experience more from this company, so I am grateful to this company but present situation is fully reversed and becoming deteriorated day by day.
