...arely based on merit, discouraging employees from putting in their best efforts. Unfair compensation and benefits The salary structure was not competitive and benefits were subpar. There was little to know incentive for employees to stay committed to the organization. Lack of employee welfare Basic facilities and employee welfare programs were neglected. Even fundamental needs like a proper working environment and equipment maintenance were not prioritized. Outdated and inefficient work culture In AIASL, Kolkata higher -level managers lack basic technical skills. Many do not even understand basic software like Excel, Relying entirely on paperwork. This results in the wastage of tonnes of paper, making work inefficient and outdated. Horrible leadership and workplace harassment The present general manager Of Kolkata has made the work environment even worse. His behavior is highly unprofessional filled with slags and insults towards employees He has even physically assaulted staff members in feats of rage Such an individual has no place in professional organization. A remarkable numbers of good staff are leaving this company because of him. Overall my experience at AIASL was extremely unsatisfactory. The company Is plagued with mismanagement exploitation and a toxic work culture. I would not recommend it as a workplace to anyone seeking a professional and ethical career.

No salary growth Fix night shift with no fix time HR behaviour no good They change any rule at any time As per work labour policy 9 hr working but they giving work 15/18 hrs Very poor company

...ver here no work ethics paying like peanuts and expect you to work with mule.. Don't ask for growth in salary career if you will join as customers agent at the age of 21 might you may get 29or 35you remain same customer agent or putting lots of effort pressure n conveniencing power then Senior customer agent and still that time you will work on contract period ..... Now please think before join AIATSL Mumbai. And it's a truth work experience of blissful employee

We can work relaxed.No much pressures at all. If we are ok to continue shifts we can do so .No one compels you for hard work.

Staff shortage is a crisis there. salary and benefits are very low even for experienced staff.
