Working in Air India is to work in tea team mates are like family members,when you join in AIATSL you have joined the family of airindia,normal shift s are boring 9to5,r rotational shifts are Happy to work in,they provide better trainings for customer service,job security is 10%,we gets salary and appraisal on attendance basis not on performance which are not the word to speak,but you get the salary on time.no travel benefits that is no staff tickets as today,no transportation facility for AIATSL STAFF.,ESIC Benifits and compensation for health insurance around 6k yearly,no work life.
