AIATSL is one of the worst company that i have worked even after working for 3 the salary is same what i got at the time of joining and the management is forcefully making us to do work for 5 more hour without providing overtime charge according to company rule an employee should work only 48 hour a week after this limit each hour should be paid as overtime charge and this cheating is being continued for the last 1 year and the management is unable to consider us even as a humanbeing because we according to the shift we are not even able sleep properly and coming to the growth of employee in this company is a big zero so whoevere read this please dont even think about joining AIATSL

There was little to know incentive for employees to stay committed to the organization. Lack of employee welfare Basic facilities and employee welfare programs were neglected. Even fundamental needs like a proper working environment and equipment maintenance were not prioritized. Outdated and inefficient work culture In AIASL, Kolkata higher -level managers lack basic technical skills. Many do not even understand basic software like Excel, Relying entirely on paperwork. This results in the wastage of tonnes of paper, making work inefficient and outdated. Horrible leadership and workplace harassment The present general manager Of Kolkata has made the work environment even worse. His behavior is highly unprofessional filled with slags and insults towards employees He has even physically assaulted staff members in feats of rage Such an individual has no place in professional organization. A remarkable numbers of good staff are leaving this company because of him. Overall my experience at AIASL was extremely unsatisfactory. The company Is plagued with mismanagement exploitation and a toxic work culture. I would not recommend it as a workplace to anyone seeking a professional and ethical career.

What should I like only company name is good but management is full fools seating I worked 10 years honestly but suddenly one day they kicked me away specifically our eastern region gm good for nothing

No salary growth Fix night shift with no fix time HR behaviour no good They change any rule at any time As per work labour policy 9 hr working but they giving work 15/18 hrs Very poor company
