Very Good company, it is one of the best growing company.It is very best company if you are Main staff.

...lative at HO or site den u never being get appraisal or promotion to main staff. 12 hrs duty, no work no pay rule and even you have to work on Sunday if I are not main staff.

Brand Name, Opportunity to implement ideas, Improvement of Self Confidence, Exposure to different departments: working of the industry, Supportive Seniors and Higher Management.

Dislikes

Appraisal not completely based on Performance, No proper project monitoring by Regional Office, Low Compensation, Not proper contracts team, Not proper planning team, weak financial planning, weak procurement team, inside politics, not balanced task/work distribution.

I liked the payment salary on time.

The working capacity of employees is not seen monitoring in this company management & the company management officials discriminate & discriminate among employees those who are incharge of the company's executives their increment or promotion is not good or the work of other hardworking employees is ignored or they are not even promoted. Their qualification are ignored even by the headoffice and they are not promoted despite their work profile qualifications.

Present HSE policy of company - safe work environment 4. Training program - for enhancement of quality for engineers and labours as well

Salary structure doesn't suite tax payers.

Company with job satisfaction and good salary packages. Will never kick you off unless you do any unduefull activity. Nice company to learn and enhance your professional skills.

Dislikes

All Saturdays working. However all of them are half days by still atleast 2 Saturdays must be off.
