..., and I strongly advise against joining, even if you’re currently without a job. For freshers, the starting salary is just ₹10,000 as a trainee for six months. After that, if you're made permanent, the salary only increases to ₹15,000. Even after two years, you will only be making around ₹20,000. The onboarding process can take anywhere from six months to over a year, and if you are not onboarded, they might terminate your employment, blaming your performance. The work environment is highly influenced by favoritism. If you don't have connections, it’s hard to survive. Support is minimal, and many team leaders will only degrade you instead of helping. One particular team lead, Siraj, stands out for his treatment of freshers. He focuses more on hiring people from his community, even those without IT knowledge. For instance, he hired his brother, who lacks basic Oracle skills, on a ₹6 LPA package, simply because he took the interview himself. Overall, this company lacks a supportive environment and is full of favoritism and internal politics.

There are numerous issues with this company. If you join, you may find yourself constantly being scolded by the reporting manager, who herself rarely comes to the office. When she does show up, she spends office hours playing Candy Crush. She typically arrives around noon and leaves by 6 PM, all while keeping an eye on what others are doing. The company is full of internal controversies. Once you're on someone’s radar, you're likely to face issues. Many employees here are older, and the work culture is outdated. In particular, Sandhya madam and Saraswathi madam frequently target trainees like us. Sandhya madam doesn't seem to know much about the trainees, but if someone tells her a trainee is bad, she immediately forms a fixed negative opinion about them. Overall, there is no proper work culture, and this is not a good place to work.

There is no proper work culture. They are just exploiting the candidates by giving very low pay and hectic job culture. They are working with very old Technology so even after getting 3~4 yr of experience it is of no use. People have to struggle a lot to get opportunities else where. There is also no opportunity to up-skill while working. I would not suggest this organisation even for freshers - do not ruin your career. In-fact they are not having projects they will just hire newbies and make them to sit on bench and whoever experienced fellows ask for hike they will remove them and people on bench will be onboarded. And that cycle continues. Only people who are related to managers or if you are toadies you may have chance of surviving but don’t expect any hike and don’t go with the words of HR and managers they all lie including the top management.

They process salary every month 2nd without any delay, HR team is good they follow up the process properly.

*When you are deployed in client location you can't get any holiday, there is holiday for client office also you can't utilise the holidays. *6 days working policy for client's onsite employees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
