No job security, partiality of CEO and management,some of old staffs they will not let us to do anything individually, micromanagement of CEO,he will believe one side only not giving chance to explain ourselves,some of his staffs treating their subordinates like slavestotally no voice for new staff

I liked the compassionate leadership of our lead psychiatrist Dr.C.Ramasubramanian. There was scope for learning new skills amidst a collaborative work culture.

Dislikes

I thought the hospital could benefit with flexible timings for the clinicians.
