Lets keep it on a positive note. I love the interaction with my guests. I love being the first person they see with a welcoming voice and smile. I love the independence when I am working by myself. At first it wasn’t that way. I wondered constantly why was I alone and not working with anyone. But I soon began to absolutely love it. No one is hovering over me. No micromanagement. Just the freedom to be your best self for the company. I have always felt one of my strengths is building rapport with people.

What do you dislike about your job” interview question. I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements.
