Work culture and management has got worst. The CTO Mr Jitendra Parihar doesn't have any technical knowledge about products. He always plays blame game. He is not able to give suggestions. I'll suggest if you are deciding to join engineering team, then find other company. Otherwise you will be trapped in the game of CTO.

... sometimes even termination. - Employees are overworked and extremely underpaid. People (engineers) have have starting salary of 15k per month and the average goes upto 18-20k per month. - Fake reviews! The company figured out the review section here and on Glassdoor and flooded with fake reviews. All the fakes reviews have the same wording, just tells you how smart they are. - HR Department. Unqualified and unprofessional people running the department. They don't know half the guidelines to follow. Change their statements on their own convenience. Absolutely no idea how to behave like HR department.

Pathetic work culture, with 0 employee benefits. Even the usual amenities are not provided. Its not a company but a godown. Not safe environment specially for girls. So Be Aware before joining
