Dislikes का ऑप्शन भी कम पड रहा है ये कंपनी को. १. सिर्फ काम करके देना है, ३-३ महिने salary मिलती नहीं है। २. ७ साल में एक भी बार प्रमोशन नहीं, इंक्रीमेंट तो भूल जाओ। ३. अगर आप अपने मैनेजर के खास हो तो आपकी salary time पे आएगी बस आपके हाथ में जादू होनी चाहिए ( चोलेगिरी). ४. यहाँपे सिर्फ स्पेशल अप्रूवल से ही सैलरी टाइम पे होती है, ओ भी आपकी टीम के हिसाब से. ५. सैलरी करने वाली मैनेजमेंट का तो सत्कार करना चाहिए. अगर स्पेशल अप्रूवल होगा तो भी दस बार कॉल करने के बाद ( भीख मांगके ) सैलरी देते है. ओ भी आपका मैनेजर strong हो तो. ६. अगर आप मैनेजर के खास हो तो आप ५ साल में मैनेजर बन जाओगे नहीं तो हमारे जैसे Executive बनके रहोगे. ७. अपने साथ काम करणे वाले कलिग जो १०+ साल से है ओ भी एकदम मस्त हैं जो तेरे मुंह पे तेरे और मेरे मुंह पर मेरे है, कोई भरोसे के लायक नहीं है. ८. ओवर ऑल अगर आपको अपने career कि मां बहन करनी हो तो ये कंपनी अवश्य join करे. एकदम थर्ड क्लास से भी गंदी कंपनी.

Seniors are very friendly, there is no issue while taking leaves. Office nature is also good

Main issue is Salary is not on time. No promotion got from last 3years. You don't get salary for 2-3 months. No increment here

Fraud company I will leave the job for getting another new job. But that also they are not accepting simply raise absconding complaint without salary and claim who will work the company No one response for salary normal and other only this procedure only doing still I will not get my balance amount No one joint the company after you will get bad name also loss your life management people very worst so be careful
