The compensation is very low . For freshers it is less than 10 k per month . Also for people who have been working here for 4 years , his in hand pay without any incentive is 17 k which is really bad and disgusting. The career growth sure does happen with lot of politics like environment and favourites play out to become the leads and so on. Worst place for work and lead a happy life. Just to take advantage of new people untill they find there way out of this life sucking environment.

Compensation . It is less than 10 k per month upto 1 year . And after that the hike was 1500 INR. Favourites Play out to pick to become leads and QA . If u behave like a slave infront of ur leads , u r a good person to be here . If u want ur individuality and self respect, u will always be an associate coder . They make u work for weekends for free and give u a comp off which they never let u to utilise. People have more than 40 leaves in their overall buckets. Yet if u take 2 day leave HR will be calling u for behavioral grounds. They will decide when and how u should attend or participate in ur loved ones parties .

Tirupati location: Best thing is no original certificates deposit and no agreement. Good culture.

Salary is less and 10,000 will be in hand for a fresher. Choose wisely there is TP and AR.choose AR, you can try for incentives upto 9,000 but that's rarely happens. 6,000 incentives for TP fellows. Again depends on project and team

It is a very good company to improve and show off the skills and to get opportunities, work culture is too good for a women employee to work here.

Dislikes

One and the only thing is unable to work life balance and salary to the work done is less.
