AGS health is good company for working women , they are giving good salary and benefits, good environment for work, here they provide many skil development classes, programs, they gives skil based rewards, ags is good space for work

Shift timing is very difficult to married womens, and they provide pickup cab only

Ags health is best job security company and growth. For Freshers it is a good company to adapt for work culture and learning process.

Salary hike is not good if you are experienced in same company,There is incentive plan where we can earn upto 8500 but that's not easy to get. We can earn 1k to 3k mostly. Instead of incentive plan they better plan to hike salaries that could be better for employee to work beyond expectations. Sometimes we dont even get incentive everymonth.
