I wasn't been able to do as good work as I used to do in my notice period, but I received good understanding.

Growth is linear and salary hike is low, asks to work on weekends, asks to work beyond our working hours, found myself in a comfort zone where there is no challenges in work.

Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that produces high quality work based on client requirement and we have global client base mainly from US. Another thing is all my colleagues come from various cultural background and we we work in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation and career growth will be slow. When it comes to work pressure its totally based on the client and project we are working with. Few managers do not value or recognize an individuals strength. Will get only appreciations but it go unnoticed during mid-year appraisals.

Job security is very good. Promotions are prioritised for the employees working within the company rather than seeking outside resources.

Dislikes

No benefits for employees in the area of salary if they started as a fresher and continue to work for many years.

The incentive plan which makes people to run for their money one daily basis if particularly persons with low salary like me. Promotion assessment On ags promotion are open gate policy.
