It is a sales company. Always pressure you to sell something other wise they not provide any salary.

Dislikes

Always say visit to all offices with your own mony and after 1 month sending that particular expenses sheet to Pune, then it may accept.

Right now I'm not working with agrovision, but it was the best experience of my life to work with agrovision, the siniors support, the upgradation of skills, and the most important is directors faith on employees, giving chances to prove yourself. I really feel agrovision is the best platform to work and grow, I still regret the decision of leaving that firm.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
