In this company, apart from business to business, due to business to consumer sales, the distributor faces the issue of rate cutting in the market and hence the sales in the field go down. On the contrary, when there is pressure of sales, then there is difficulty in facing this challenge.

Its a very good in an organisation that salary and expenses reimburse on time.

Dislikes

Some people which are on higher position play politics therefore they only select those persons who are belong to their cast and region. There is no value of your knowledge and degree, if you are not of their cast or region. It is very worst thinking of some people.

I have spent my 2 years at AgroStar and it is my the second home to me. Even if I quit due to personal reasons, my team members as well as founders have continued to give me support and inspiration. In one word, I would say ' Thank you'

Compensation is decent but the growth has been slow.

* too much office politic. * team leaders are very bad...specially mp team they make fun of agent level employees in groups. And the team leader GAURI khrisagar is the worst of all...if any employee does not follow her order she holds personal grudges with that person...and try her all powers to make that employee's life miserable.. * no work life balance specially for a agent level employe.

There's is nothing to like except unlimited free tea and coffee. There is no option to give negative rating. Thats why one star.

...is impossible to achieve). In month you have to generate them 4-5 lakhs revenue. Against which your salary will be meager 14k - 16k. -Supervisor will scold you every now and then. If you take more than 30 mins lunch break, warning email will hit you. If your bio-breaks exceeds they will harrass you. -DONT EVER STEP IN THIS GOLDEN CAGE. No opportunity for promotion. There are some advisors stuck in same position for more than 3 years. -Don't fall for the smiling faces of recruiting HRs. They will make you life miserable once you Join.
