Good work experience. Reporting officers are supportive & also cooperative with work. Office environment is good staffs are also cooperative.

There are some issues related to salary hike, because as guidelines salary is not hiked every financial year. Also there is no specific time or day in a month to get monthly salary.

There is nothing to like much other than being free from work pressure

There was not work timings we even had to work sometime on Saturday and Sunday. Salary timings were not proper we use to get our salary sometimes after 7 to 8 months.

...nt during the pandemic. Fully dedicated to farmers upliftment amidst the crisis. however the employ faces problem regarding disposal of salary for over the periods of more the 3-4 months.

Dislikes

Career growth could be more uplifting considering the experience and education the employ posses beside their complete dedication and support to allied sectors. There should be a scope of upward growth in hierarchical status for block level workers to motivate them and increases the efficiency for they are the soul of the Agency.

...s really busy otherwise it is a satisfying job where the work load isn't much. In terms of salary it isn't much. However if you are looking for a temporary job it will suffice. Teammates are good.

Dislikes

Firstly it will be the salary, it's nothing compared to what you should be earning based on your qualification. The salary gets disbursed very late. Other than that the overall institution is a good experience for freshers.

Likes

Its related to Agricultural Extension Education. Providing technical and extension supports to farmers about new technologies and various government schemes, agricultural loans etc. Good job for agriculture freshers, as they are conected with farmers and learn how to handle many field problems.

Dislikes

Job is not permanent, and salary is low.
