Owners approach is very nice. Except to this nothing to like. No growth, no development, no hierarchy, no appraisal evaluation, no support, management doesn't listen employees voice. Total waste of time.

Work culture is not good. If you are from good college, no one knows how to utilise your knowledge. No one will involve you in any of the meetings. No growth at all

Job security is low, seniors never satisfied with your good work .

Teammates are good, always co operative, job security always there, zero tolerance on cruption, if any vsist required at customer end then company arrange vehicles. No politics, very good work environment.
