Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...no work life balance..... in short we will say "jangalraaj" & terrified culture. Never think about Salary, career, growth. Very discrimination environment created by factory manager. No Any type of powers ( power like leave sensations, employee appraisal, vehicle, etc ) in HOD's & OPERATION HEAD's hands. No value & respect for competent persons.

No management. No rule & regulations, no facilities, no working environment, no professionalism, no good food , no vehicle facilities, no job security, only politics , & discrimination . No respect & value for competent persons.
