...all. No work and communication ethics. Everyone shouts and abuses their juniors. You have to follow up every month for your salary and then it gets credited on 20th-30th of the next month. No washroom facilities in the office. No work flow and guidance. Zero learning and exposure. Seniors just want to satisfy their egos and blame on their juniors.

Good work and company culture also and all management is very supportive all types of feasibility have available for every employee.as per my suggestion over all is good.

Warning for Prospective Employees: I strongly advise against joining this company due to the following issues: Poor Management: The management is ineffective and unprofessional. Delayed Salaries: Salaries are paid after the 10th of each month. Unprofessional Director Behavior: Both directors exhibit poor behavior. Lack of Respect for Employees: Employees are not treated with respect. Absence of Policies: There are no clear policies or procedures. Delayed Settlements: Settlements for departing employees are often delayed. Limited Growth Opportunities: There is minimal opportunity for career advancement. Inadequate Facilities: Common floor toilets are used, instead of providing separate facilities for employees. Overall, my rating for this company is zero. If you value your time and future, it may be best to avoid this company.

AGLOWMED is a good company it takes good care about his employees and their benifits. Each and every polices of the company is benifited for their employees in the long run.

Company frequently chances it's policies. Sometimes management seems disorganized. Company takes too much time for provide incentives.

Good for learning, team mates, seniors are helpful, overall employee welfare is good.

Canteen facility is not available for employees, i m also not satisfy with the out time i.e 18:00 hrs,working standard according to me is not upto the mark to some extent.
