everything, no salary on time, no job security, so much politics here, you can fired at any time without any notice or information. No work planning you don't know what to do today, you treat like worker. No leave granted even if you are sick they don't believe and asking rubbish questions, even they don't believe doctor prescriptions from government hospital every time you have to justify.

...ople dont stay so long) ur holiday will lapse but you will not be given holiday. the day they will get person with less salary then you, company will remove you with stupid reason on ur performance etc. u get salary after 10th of next month & they will remove you 2 to 3 days before that so that they dont pay you for the month you have already worked. they will call you for work on sunday's & saturday (2nd,4th which is suppose to be holiday in ur offer letter) and rest of the working days you have to do late work till night i.e 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 or 10:00. After doing this much ur company will have no respect while talking to you. Your head will play blame game and that will cost your job within same day. No rest, No peace, no respect. no salary. no credits for hardship, No job security which is too dangerous for family people. Ever day they have target of removing 2 to 3 people to impress bosses. No professional work culture. They make you join with all false promises.

...ge & behaviour with her team is worst, no respect, no guidance, Just blame game. After frustration when you resign she will stop your current salary also. Pratima will force you to resign & inform others that you have resigned urself. Whole office will see your daily insult in phone & when she visits office (as she operates from office & visits weekly to mumbai) but no use. She has no intension to make regulatory team stay for long. Some leave in one month, max 6 months. Dont join here this is hell. No joy security in any department, salary will be stopped at any time. No respect in this company. No support.

...how to behave. Better sit at home instead of torturing yourself by coming here. Less salary more work pressure and zero chance to grow.

Everything. The company is very bad & unethical to work with. If anyone has no other option available then & then only he or she should join this company & leave as early as possible after taking the salary as they don't pay salary during the notice period in many cases. If you have a notice period of 3 Months then they will make the salary after the completion of the notice period i.e. 3 Months.
