1. Job Security - I would rate 0/5. You may be called by the HR for simple reasons and will ask to resign your job and leave. Irrespective of how many years you work here, they wont even consider a bit. I saw around 30+ ppl where fired recently (feb 2025) for a very simple reason, among them, lot of good skilled resources having working with agilysys for 7 years were also there. One HR named Ando who often shows attitude a lot and take decisions against the employees, bring the employees to stress. 2. No work life balance - you will be squeezed to work a minimum of 12 to 14 hours a day, but with very little / no recognition. They will say don't extend post 9PM and leave office early, but you will be asked to connect from home to attend latenight calls and work. 3. Promotions - once in a bluemoon. If manager decides you will get. Irrespective of your experience.

'Agile' is only in organisation's name not in process You will be Working for ego clash between higher officials not for the growth of the product Bullying, humiliating managers , Longer you work deeper your understanding that you are not learning and growing in your domain
