...y wants to move. Learning and development is another area which is questionable. In order to improve performance best tool known to them is cost cutting in terms of manpower reduction

In nagpur location they merge with the doctor and hire seles person's in last 2 yrs .now Agilus don't deal with quality they only want's business this time they loos her quality before merge we are providing best quality in lab so I resigned.

It's total chaos and the company is in downtrend since the arrival of new CEO and most of the managerial positions are favoured for past employees of Metropolis only. So forget about your career here and welcome to hell ruled by Baniyas.

Once upon a time ( till 2018) this company was very good company to work with.

Dislikes

There is no prospect for career growth.The top leadership lacks skills attitude and knowledge. They are mostly disengaged while setting a proper mission and vision for the company. The overall situation of the company is very bad and the company is under cost optimisation since last three years which is resulting into talent erosion. The leadership promotes high level of nepotism.

Nothing to Like, when it was SRL, it has a brand value , but after Agilus , its pathetic , no likes, only dislikes are applicable.

Dislikes

1. After brand change, its degraded like anything. 2. No Work culture. 3. Poor senior level management. 4. Too Much politics , there is grouping system. 5. Pathetic HR, HR is also involve in politics. 6. SRL was best known for its report quality, but now a days its well known as wrong report provider. 7. Company is going by cost cutting and man power removing. 8. Not recommended to anyone to join here, if anyone join then he/she will ruin the entire career.
