In nagpur location they merge with the doctor and hire seles person's in last 2 yrs .now Agilus don't deal with quality they only want's business this time they loos her quality before merge we are providing best quality in lab so I resigned.

Lack of Accountability: Seniors avoid taking responsibility but put excessive pressure on juniors. High Attrition in the Western Region: Vacancies remain open due to ineffective leadership and poor management. Non-Productive Work Culture: Some managers spend their time roaming around rather than focusing on productive work. Unfair Task Allocation: Even well-qualified employees are made to do lower-level tasks like pasting posters and making deliveries.

It's total chaos and the company is in downtrend since the arrival of new CEO and most of the managerial positions are favoured for past employees of Metropolis only. So forget about your career here and welcome to hell ruled by Baniyas.

Once upon a time ( till 2018) this company was very good company to work with.

There is no prospect for career growth.The top leadership lacks skills attitude and knowledge. They are mostly disengaged while setting a proper mission and vision for the company. The overall situation of the company is very bad and the company is under cost optimisation since last three years which is resulting into talent erosion. The leadership promotes high level of nepotism.
