There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Agility logistics was the largest company I like the company process and rules and company manegement was good

Salary was not good in warehouse department they worked late night but no good increment and no good salry

Good place to start your career as a fresher. It is a people oriented organization. They ultimately you will get job security.

I would say they can try to give money as salary instead of incentive ( its creating big gap between agreed ctc and salary what they providing.
