... no HR support, since they doesn't want me in company they kept on harassing me. Also salary was not given for a month which i stayed there. Overall it was worst experience. Kindly find the company which is employee friendly.

Agilisium is increasingly focusing on data engineering within the life sciences sector. If you have an interest in working with data engineering related to life sciences, Agilisium is the ideal place for you.

Dislikes

Agilisium is focusing more on data engineering within the life sciences sector. Although they have a full stack development team, they are not prioritizing its growth or development and currently do not have suitable projects for full stack developers. As a result, Agilisium may not be the right place for full stack developers.

Likes

The only like is it is located in WTC. You get some good friends. Also, this is for those who like to work 16+ hours a day and sacrifice your weekends too.

Dislikes

Mangement and leadership is very biased and don't care for the employees. They force you to do more work and give short deadlines as their only interest is to bootlick their clients. The environment is very toxic especially in one of the long-term project. They don't even give you WFH during times of crisis. I would suggest to not join here, else join here to standardized your package and leave at the earliest.

Worst company, they just hire and fire if there are no projects, with a company size of 700 odd people you see 100 ppl in bench and waiting to get fired anytime. Too much pressure for job safety. Shortly will come in news for any employee related issues.

Frequent harassment of employees esp., against female employees by senior staffs up until director and CEO level. Constantly abusing for not meeting the sales targets(yes all managers and above should speak with clients and get additional projects, else the CEO and dir and call you and abuse you on wknds). You will be billed into 2 or more projects and you cannot deny.
