There is no flexibility in timings and for a delay reaching office 1/2 day pay will be deducted but it does not matter if you stretch late nights. Ganga Gubbi is the problem creator and a GM in the US, lot of people resigned in India and in the US ONLY because of her. Her abrasive communication will not let anyone with self respect work and stay in the company. Worst company in my whole career.

Ganga Gubbi - she is the root cause of all problems. Unfortunately, she is the owner’s wife so you can’t even escalate the issues.
