HR is one of the biggest area that needs to be worked upon. Salary compensation is very much dependent on manager. Sometimes low rating employees are getting more salary hike than rank1 employees. Favoriotism is seen in many deprtments. HR have no role to play in employee growth and compensation. Employees are not heard if they have concern.

nothing,as i am non agilent employee, given feedback as non agilent employee( employee whose salary getting paid from Genius) or review is 5/5 for Agilent Employee

Non agilent employee is treated like , they do not exist.

...rs and colleagues are supportive. Lots of learnings provided related to the job. Salary and perks are much better than any other company.

Dislikes

Flat Hierarchical growth which may lead to monotonous work.

Agilent has good work culture poor management. Co has good policies for employees beeing US based co u can expect the same..

...ear if they would say/speak anything it may come their job.Things are flexible..however low pay scale..in finance domain only few people are given add on advantage .Also good employees are not tried ti retain which generally happnes in good co.

...es : Great 6. Roles : divided into 3 major categories, ICA ICB and Managerial 7. Salary and benefits : Above standard, but you have to be very smart at the time of HR salary discussions as they may hire you at lower salary of standard pay scale. They already have a pay range according to the level you will be hired 8. All other basic amenities are there like gym, cafeteria, recreation area 9. Appraisal : Good (generally yearly appraisal, sometime half-yearly) 10. Great place to work : definitely

1. Office located at Manesar, is a remote area very far from Gurgaon 2. Poor nearby accommodation and food facilities 3. Cab facilities are available but not free. Charges are very high and part of salary
