Work life balance, no micro management, excellent managers, HR mam is also very friendly and helpful, people have stuck to this company for 10-11 years because of the environment. One can come at any time and complete their shift- flexible

Nothing as such frankly. Work is important. If you don't work inspite of so much freedom then company can't be blamed

Everything. The environment is great. I've had a great time working here. Best place if you want to learn things. I have attachment, love and respect for this company as this was the first place I started my corporate life.
