Company culture is veryyy verry poor No growth No new things to be learned All the google reviews are fake they took candidates mbl and they write by their own None of the employee stay more then 2 3 months No work satisfaction in the end after doing lot of work management will make you feeling you have not done anything and you are taking salary in free They will make promise that they will give incentives but they will not give Those who are looking job their its a request don’t join your life mental health will become hellll

Working as an Employee in this company 2 things I like about the company is Management support towards Employee to perform better in their work, other thing is salary is released on time .

Nothing to like about this company, dont ever fell in their trap and waste your time they dont know how manage employees Every week will come with new rule Will keep your document with them also phone need to be submitted in the drawer

They will tell to work after 6:30 But if come late even by 1 minute they will cut salary

Being a Technical Consultant had a good experience to travel for conducting interviews selection process with foreign delegates interact with all kind of personalities

As i had to do the sourcing for candidates for various categories from job portal which had limited access to it as the staff was more only 2 job portals were being used so was not able to achieve the Sourcing target per day i think they should take Naukri job portal on which they can get good candidates for conversion

The boss Mr Arif is very kind in nature and is very supportive as well

Dislikes

The HR Manager there is very biased and does not give equal opportunities. I was a trainee there who was not even trained properly and I was given targets that the tenured people got there. The manager should learn to work. There were no paid leaves system in this organization.
