There is nothing good about the organisation.

...time with operation team. Managers and team leads always ask agents for parties. No diwali bonus moreover they will ask you for money for festival decorations. No overtime payed. Mental torture. Mostly will ask you to come on 6th day as well is its 5 day working by saying process requirement and no extra pay is given. Complete breaks are not provided. They will always cut your breaks by 15-20 mins. If you spend 10 minutes in washroom they will mark an email for work avoidance, you can even go to loo.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

It was my 1st job in ageis i learned many things from ageis there is job security teammates are very Supportive and there company policies are good.

There was no hike in salary that's the reason quiet the job. And career growth is very slow.

Cafeteria infrastructure is not up-to the mark....no cab facility for pregnant ladies.... Tats the biggest con...!! If they provide medical cab to the pregnant or sick person... It's all flawless!!

I worked in Agies for distinct process. Management of Agies is terrible boss and management treat you like slave the way they speak is disrespectful and unprofessional. No fixed off and they change shift without 2nd thought that how agent menager for instance if you are doing 4to 1 shift next week they will give you 7to4 shift same with night shift. Management will give power to any randome person to manage team who even don't know policies. One insident I will like to tell that one of my team mate loss his grandmother he stated that I will be in meet but I want to turn off the camera training said management team will not allow it sent a picture and only for 2 house you can turn off camera. Also our manager said one women of you are not able to handle your child then why you gave birth you merried women's not have to work. Who can handle mental pressure like this they can joind Agies
