No Dress code work life balance Hybrid (presently) Salary and bonus attractive yearly bonus is amazim

9 hours complusory sitting and bimoetric some departments are not at all good Cafeteria will make you starve for good food

...erything manual process and no increment and no promotion for branch operations. Only head office people and Kerala team will get all promotion and salary hikes

...er joined as Agency leader and he did business of rs 8.5 lac in just two months.but company not giving him salary and commision.. every commitment was wrong.. even they fraudent to coustomer also.. totally bluff ..suggest to people don't go with this company. my father was in Baroda branch.finally he left company.

Baroda branch.. one of the worst branch ..they not giving to salary As AL..even they made fool the coustomer also. zero service after you purchased policy..wrong commitment with coustomer.
