Initial salary offered was good with the promise of various opportunities along with suitable trainings. However, that was not the case.

Dislikes

* No proper guidance from the the management * Finger pointed at individuals rather than focus on learning and improvements * Very less opportunities to learn and grow * Growth and learning only in documents and not in reality * Employee engagement is poor and needs improvement * Lack of proper communication channel. Important information were informed in last minute, on several occasion. This causes trust issues You will be screwed with no learning opportunities to advance in career leaving with just titles without proper experience.

Likes

There is nothing to say about a word Like in Agati. It is an individual driven Organization CEO where he commands all the leadership team. No diversity and inclusion, No ethics compliance in place.

Dislikes

Its not an Organization where a professional can work. Only one set of community can survive in their and one manshow from CEO in all the matters including HR . No professionalism and they screwed up carreers of most of the senior folks who are at leadership team recently. Not recommended to anyone .
