Well the organization is open to innovation and ideas, helped me develop diverse skill sets and provided a platform to showcase my knowledge and enhance my skills. Which gets unnoticed later.

Dislikes

Compensation is inadequate and career development is modest. Provided the work culture is toxic no work-life balance. Managers do not acknowledge strengths of an individuals.

Likes

I like Summer and Winter Training because I learnt many new things , ideas about sessions. Also every time Traning Place is new this is one of the most important thing that I like. Work environment is also very good because we have to plan what we have to do in the coming days.

Dislikes

1) Salary Structure because Master Degree holder and Driver ( Max 5th to 8th Class Education) get same salary. No work load for any driver. They are free when Instructors go to sessions 2) Appraisal because our AL says if you took more leaves you can't get good appraisal. Why? Because whatever Agastya is giving target to us we are completing this by taking our leaves. Drivers get good appraisal than Instructors specially Incharge. So Drivers Salary is increasing more than Instructors. 3) Community Visit Target Burdens per Instructors because we are working in the team why we have to do separate CV why not by the team. 4) Incharge have more work load than other instructor and driver because he has to complete his daily, monthly and yearly target like others do plus any type of reports when AL need he has to send. So please give every Saturday for Incharges to type his reports. No any work should be given to incharge 5) No fixed Report Formats because every time AL needs any kind of information 6) Incharge Target and Instructors Target should be different 7) Job Security because if Donor stop or do not renew the project shall Agastya continue this project in this same area ? 8) For Donors more support to Team what we have to do in the field work? What things should be implemented? Please suggest 9) Summer and Winter Training Schedule not comfortable because training time is 09:00 am to 07:45 pm not comfortable it take burden for us. We need prime time at training place or free time 06:00 pm to 07:00 pm for personal work or for personal entertainment or for sports.

Hands on activities conduct with students ,teachers ,and community peoples

Additional work slot after working hours .There is no any politics and salary is decent but career growth is good. On the job training is given to new joinees.

Good work environment and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike .

The management address our issues. Career growth is good. Induction training is given to new staff.

The organisation deals with expertise in teaching underprivileged students of our society. It's harsh reality that in India quality education is for only those students who invests more in that. But in agastya we provide all those necessary resources. Without taking single penny from students. It's a Great place to work!
