I am writing to share my honest feedback regarding the work culture and management at Agasthya Edtech Pvt Ltd (ABC Training and Upskilling). Based on my experience, i would not recommend this company as a good place to work due to several concerning aspects. Firstly the overall work culture is extremely poor, with a lack of professionalism and a toxic environment. Instead of fostering teamwork and growth, many employees seem more focused on personal conflicts and taking personal reengage rather than working towards the company's success. Secondly there is significant mismanagement across various departments. The sales team, which be managed by experienced sales professionals, is instead handled by individuals from operational background and failure business persons who do not understand sales strategies and processes (If they know sales why they failed in their own business). Some one thinning that if Sales person know English he/she can sell anything with just English, they he don't know meaning of communication skills also (The same person also trying to manage sales team ), this has led to inefficiencies and a lack of direction within the team. Additionally, decision-making within the company is highly flawed. The CEO appears to have the little control, and many key decisions are made by other individuals who may not have the right expertise. The lack of clear leadership results in confusion and lack of proper course for the organization. if someone is looking for a work place with a good environment, growth opportunities, and effective management, i would not recommend Agasthya edtech (ABC ). The overall structure is unorganized, and instead of focusing on professional development, employee often engage in office politics. There are numerous reasons why i cannot suggest this company as a good place to work , and i hope that these issues are addressed for the betterment of future employees.
