The only positive is salary is always one time.

Dislikes

Very poor work life balance, doesn’t matter if you’re on sick leave, family emergency, exam leave, you are still expected to take your laptop and get work done. This results in people often working even on PTO (paid time off). The usual working time is 8.30am to 5.30pm, but no one’s going to be able to get off at 5.30pm especially Logistics, Finance, Distribution, IT etc.

The interview process is very easy to crack and smooth.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. They have a work bond of 3 years with a compensation of 3 lakhs for freshers and a notice period of 3 months duration. In R&D, the promotions and appraisals are completely based on how well you interact with the head of the department and this has nothing to do with the hard work and output you create.

Bcz of above three points they think a employee should work like robot and they proudly said the same on meetings.If you join this organization you should forget your family life or personal life. Most of the holidays you will b busy in preparing excel formats sent by management. They keep changing the formats😂😂😂 with a new name every quarter which is irrelevant in practical work.They have make so bad reputation in market that people don't want to join in many territory, people don't want to buy products except 2/3 product. Customer service/back office support too bad.Bcz of frequent people change, faulty product they are making their own grave.

...ood company for experienced persons. There is no work culture in this company. Very less salary and salary increment. Lot of work and very high work pressure. Internal policies. No work life balance. In R&D Equipment all projects are doing like school or college project.
