My overall experience is good but some problem regarding salary. I'm a engineer but my salary like a supervisor only 15k .please look these type of problems

Very good culture, work environment & job security is excellent. Seniors are very cooperative and keep motivating the peoples around.

Dislikes

Salary is not up to mark as desired designation held individually. Transportation facilities are not there. Peoples work in lower grade is not getting desired growth rate.

There is nothing you can like in AG Haridwar plant,

Food is of poor quality, no shift schedule, no manpower management, drinking water is not drinkable, salary structure is not good, leave policy is poor, no work life balance, even no educated people, most of the staff is non technical even for engineering positions. HR don't listen to your problems.

...ment is transparent. there is a huge gaming in January in every year chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
