GM, DGM, AGM & SR. Manager rank people not corporate that planning. All planning from top management haven't been reached to bottom. They only timepass in that industry & need salary & benefits only for them. They haven't think about the bottom level.

Upper management is worst, 12 hours of duty for 1 year is pathetic, annual leave is horrible it may extend upto 3 to 4 months more. Food in canteen is worst. Malaria is common treatment is very horrible. Your life is your responsibility.

On the job training is not given to new joinees.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
