There is no too much office politics. compensation and growth depend upon your back not on your performance. They not fulfill there commitment what they did while in interview. No HR policies. Company hold salary till the time you not come back from leave. Bonus will be paid in two half yearly installment. Bonus will not be paid in case of full and final.

Greedy HR deparment, no career growth, salary/appriaisal is very poor, polity is manipulated by HR time to time and even they do not respect the Joinning agreements. they can change your entitlement in joining letter without discussing with you.

...n vary person to person. See, most important thing is there is no career ladder. There can be attractive salary increments though. Person at my position is required to visit factories quite frequently and live in factory's guesthouse, depends on what project you've got related to what factory. The water was not drinkable for me, unless you go every now and then to buy bottled water, but then with what water is your maid going to cook your food? Yeah! Exactly! For me, total disappointment, no work life balance. But everybody else is working just fine, so it depends totally on what kind of person you are, can you adjust there and to what extent can you go to earn money! They gonna provide you everything from car to driver, nice apartment, servant, mobile recharge etc etc free stuff, but food and water are my first priority.

...t will take care about the employees. Good relationship with all the employees. Salary will be on time and every time. Accommodation and transportation for the employees are Good and safe.

Honestly, I really love my job and the people I work with or will I say the bosses I work for are the BEST so far. It great here tho. We are like family members here.

Sometime our salary don't not come on time tho but apart from that we are GREAT!
