I worked there for 1 and half year what I earned from there is an experience. That values for future career. When I worked there the company in struggling. so I also struggled, since it's my first job the work was very hard and it's helped me to get an another job 😊. Some of the managers and team leaders are good and friendly. Aforserve is a good company for starting career, The interview was very much easier to crack, if you know someone from aforserve you can easily get a job Whoever wants to start career without any other option it's recommended to working on aforserve.

...rder there will be a job security otherwise no longer you cannot survive there Did not get any response from manager and HR Team, There is no salary hike or job change I only got my reliving letter and final settlement after an year even though I attended the entire notice period Many of my friends still working there more than 3-5 years they were still at the same position and someof them got slight hike. Not happy with aforserve management team and services.

They only give timely documents for submitting in client site but other things not true to explain.

Not getting a good salary as per standard, no work culture, not a improvement in skills but you feel like you're getting drained your knowledge.

Company only going to give good salary for that person who's not working doing time pass here in this company specially from Mumbai office assistant Hr manager only sleeping and in this company no values of hardworking staff closed all positions on time mumbai office people cost cutting doing for that person only who's working hard staff no value of this company for hard work staff really

it was a Govt. Project and First good thing is our holiday and weekly leave And no other pressure for support

...urance. But later they denied for the same. There is no proper Hr communication. According to the offer letter salary date was 7th to 10th of every month. But we had to keep on asking for the salary after that only we used to get it that to on 15th or 18th of every month. During my notice period I had to take leaves because of some family health issues. Now when I ask for my F and F and the experience letter. The team leader is asking for the proof of the health condition and telling the HR not to release my experience letter and also the F and F.
